Mango and Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 100g mango, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tbsp runny honey
  • 50g Greek yoghurt
  • 100ml milk
  • 100ml coconut milk
  • 1 small handful ice
  • 1/2 lime, juice only
  • Sprig of mint

Instructions

  1. Blend the mango, honey, yoghurt, milk, coconut milk, ice and lime juice in a liquidizer until smooth.

  2. Pour into a tall smoothie glass and garnish with a mint sprig.
