Herbed Butter Baste

Ingredients

  • 2 sprigs of thyme
  • 3 oz coriander
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • 7 oz butter
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)

Preparation

  1. Roughly chop herbs.

  2. Combine and mix herbs and butter, creating a smooth paste.

  3. Season with salt and pepper.
