Coconut Chai Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Vegan, lactose-free, all natural ingredients
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 30g dates, chopped finely and soaked in lukewarm water (to soften)
  • 1/2 tsp finely grated ginger
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of grated nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • Pinch of ground cloves
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 30-60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
