Blueberry Booster Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen/fresh banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup fat free plain yoghurt
  • 2 tsp raw honey
  • 1 tsp almond butter
  • 180ml milk

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and pulse until all combined.
