Blackberry and Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh blackberries
  • 250ml plain yoghurt, frozen in ice cube trays
  • 3 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup berry juice

Instructions

  1.  Combine all the ingredients in a blender then blitz until smooth.
