Tropika Pineapple Mojito

frozen pineapple pieces

fresh mint
Zest and juice of 1 lime
330
ml
Tropika Pineapple
250
ml
Frankie’s Cloudy Lemonade
Ice cubes to serve

Lime

Instructions
Method:
In a mortar, add pineapple pieces and muddle them using the pestle until all pineapple pieces have broken into small pieces.
Then, add mint leaves and again muddle for a few seconds to just bruise the leaves and release the essential flavours.
Pour the muddled mixture into two serving glass.
Add ice cubes followed by Tropika Pineapple, lime zest and juice, and Frankie’s Cloudy Lemonade.
Give it a gentle mix, and add some lime slices.
Enjoy on a hot summers’ day!
