Blackberry and Ginger Smoothie
Ingredients

fresh blackberries
250ml plain yoghurt, frozen in ice cube trays

freshly grated ginger

tbsp
rolled oats

berry juice
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a blender then blitz until smooth.
