Coconut Chai Smoothie
Ingredients
Vegan, lactose-free, all natural ingredients

coconut milk

coconut water
30g
dates, chopped finely and soaked in lukewarm water (to soften)

finely grated ginger

vanilla extract

ground cinnamon
Pinch of grated nutmeg

ground cardamom
Pinch of ground cloves

frozen bananas

ice cubes
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 30-60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
